Event + Registration
Is there financial support available if I am not able to afford the registration cost?
Yes - Please email Akua (aatuobi@doxamadison.com) or Chris (ccarson@doxamadison.com) and we will reach out to you!
Can I register the day of?
Yes! You can show up at the door to register & pay when you arrive if there are tickets still available. However, the cost will be less if you sign up ahead of time!
Will there be merch available to purchase?
Yes - there will be a variety of Salt Company merch you can purchase on a first come, first serve basis throughout the weekend. Follow @SALTCOMPANYNATIONAL on Instagram for photos, prices, and updates.
Logistics + Accommodations
How will I get to the conference?
Every attendee will be responsible for getting to the conference. However, we want to support you the best we can with this! That being said, in the same email with the hotel accommodations you will also be able to fill out a google form that will help us know how we can best support you in your transportation needs!
How much will the weekend cost?
Here is a cost breakdown that could help give you a rough estimate of the cost for the weekend!

This is an optional expense! Merch is available for purchase at conference prices range from $25-$50
Where will I stay?
Your conference registration does NOT include lodging. We will provide an optional hotel option upon your registration to the conference. Each week an email will be sent to new conference attendees with this option until it fills up. We would recommend talking with your connection group to see if you will plan to participate in the option we are providing or if you are planning to find other accommodations such as an AirBnb, staying at a friend's house, etc.
Where should I park?
Parking at the Iowa Events Center is available north of the Iowa Events Center with entrances off the following streets: Third, Fifth, and Crocker. ADA Accessible parking is available at the lot south of Crocker Street, next to the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center. The cost of parking for the day is $7.
Street parking is also available throughout downtown and you can navigate most of downtown through the Des Moines skywalk that will take you to Hyvee Hall.
Will meals + coffee be provided?
Lunch on Saturday is provided on-site, included in your registration. Outside of Saturday lunch, you will have space in the schedule to grab dinner in Des Moines with friends & stop for coffee on your way!
